I rented a climate controlled unit at their Westland Drive facility for a year. Management is very helpful and friendly. The whole experience from check in to check out is easy and efficient. I was able to do everything on-line. The units are modern, clean and the the premises are secure. The price is hard to beat and I would recommend this company to anyone looking to rent in the Chattanooga/Cleveland area. One of the best!!!
As college students, my roommate and I rented an apartment from Michael for two years. From the beginning, the experience was very enjoyable and Michael was very easy to deal with. He made our time as students that much easier! Michael and Chandler Properties is highly recommended!

I have rented multiple non climate and climate controlled storage units from them during the the last six years, at their Westland Drive location. Their rates for the units are very reasonable best that I have been able to find in Cleveland.
My husband and I rented a unit here for a year. We never had any problems. We always felt safe, when we needed to stop by our unit for something, and we were completely comfortable that our items in storage were safe. The driving areas are well graveled and clean. Michael was very helpful both while we were moving in and moving out of the storage unit. We had to change the original move out date we gave him by an additional 30 days, and he was so accommodating with this change. If we ever have a need for a storage unit again, we will definitely use Westland Drive Storage. My husband and I highly recommend Westland Drive Storage. You will not be disappointed.
