Maintenance at 20th Street Storage
20th Street Storage was in need of a little TLC, so this past weekend we did some maintenance on the property. The paint had begun to fade since it had been a little over 3 years since the property had been painted. It took about 20 man hours, but the property looks much cleaner and will be better able to withstand this summer’s elements. Check out the before and after photos of the painted doors, siding and fence.
Below is a list of tasks completed to keep the property in good condition.
- Blue doors and siding were given a fresh coat of paint;
- Rusty spots of the fence were sanded and spray painted to protect them from the elements;
- Gutters cleaned out;
- Bushes trimmed
- Grass mowed and trimmed.
