Chandler-Property.com is a real estate website with two functions.  First, it is a blog for entrepreneurs that are interested in discussing real estate.  Secondly, it serves as a source for potential renters that want to view information on my properties. 

The Real Estate Investor (REI) Blog and the Resources tab are dedicated to real estate entrepreneurs. The REI Blog is designed to provide helpful resources for real estate investors, entrepreneurs, and landlords free of charge.  It has free rental forms, worksheets, interviews with successful real estate investors, and tips for landlords.  This is not a “late night infomercial” that is trying to sell you a dream (or expensive product), but a fact based forum discussing the realities of real estate investing.
